Nattering nabobs of negativism. tongue
I think I like this bead! I have Big Earth and like it, too. Maybe I'll put one on a bracelet and the other on a necklace.

First impression - I am not impressed with this bead. Puzzled
Two earth beads are a bit much.
We will have to wait and see it IRL.

Unlike a glass bead that might be a different colour to the photo, I can't see how this silver will be improved by looking at it closely. The silvers in the shops tend to look worse than the ones in the stock photos due to over polishing.

I don't want an earth that has been made lighter to save on production costs and is being sold for a higher price.

If the openings are in the right places, that bead might be usable as a splitter on a FN. If that is the case, I want one.

I'm disappointed that it's not a new lock. Can someone please explain to me why TB doesn't make more locks? Are they not profitable? They cost too much to make? They don't sell enough of them to justify having a wider line? The design team has run out of ideas? Belligerence? I'd truly like to know!

I would say that they can' design a new lock- look at the one they tried to release recently- wasn't it recalled before it even made it to the LD because it was weak in design??!!

I really like it! It reminds me of a globe or armillary, with the meridians revealed the way they are. It appears a lot more complex than Big Earth to me.

The picture does make it look like it could be used as a splitter, doesn't it? I'll bet you're right and they intend it to be used on a FN!

It's a hollow, open-work bead, Fuzzy, there are holes around the 'X'. Pond is hopefully speculating that it might work as a splitter.

So, if it's an open work bead it's not going to work in quite the same contexts as the Big World bead, is it? But as a splitter it would be triffic bounce Yes, I think I would buy for that purpose. I've only got a few WT beads, they rapidly went past my budgetry capacity unfortunately, so it's not essential to my life as an accompaniment for the WT beads, but if it's useful in its own right ... well, whole different ballgame Wink
